Ushyo Consulting is a boutique consultancy firm which specializes in designing and delivering learning solutions to corporate clients in the areas of leadership development and managerial effectiveness. We also offer executive coaching services to corporates and individuals.
Benaifer Fatakia, (better known as Benny) is the Founder of Ushyo Consulting. Benny is a seasoned leadership and talent professional with a rich professional journey spanning over 20 years.
During her 18-year corporate stint, she worked with companies like Crompton Greaves, DHL Express, CRISIL, Tata Consultancy Services, Globus, Nicholas Piramal, Khaitan & Co where she worked extensively in the areas of Leadership Assessment & Development, Talent Management, Learning Design & Facilitation, Team Effectiveness, Coaching & Mentoring, and Performance Management.
Since 2023, she has been an independent practitioner partnering with organizations to help them achieve their business and people goals through customized learning solutions, people projects and coaching.
Benny holds a Masters in Management Studies in Human Resources (2000-2002) from Mumbai University. She also holds the following certifications:
- Credentialed ACC coach from the ICF (International Coach Federation)
- Certified to design and conduct assessment and development centres – XLRI
- Certified Trainer and Facilitator – NKD Learning, Singapore
- Certified on psychometric tools like Hogan, DISC and ADEPT-15®
Benny lives in Mumbai with her husband and two children and enjoys spending her free time reading, gardening and teaching.
